Chocolaty and Gooey Private Selection Upside Down Cakes!

So I have found a new favorite dessert and I have a feeling I will find a couple more after my next trip to Kroger. I am talking about the amazing Private Selection Upside down cakes! They are so simple to make and so yummy that you will want to eat the whole thing, so if your like me and trying to lose weight make sure you only buy it when you know a few people are going to help you eat it!

I made the Double Chocolate Molten and I have to say I was in heaven. Now I do love to bake, but these upside down cakes are just too easy to make and taste like homemade. So I love that I can just grab one of these in a pinch, stick it in the oven for about 15 minutes and be ready for entertaining surprise or last minute guest.

The next one I really want to try is the Amber Honey Apple Spice. I know we are not even to summer yet, but I am so ready for fall and apples!

Taste:

As I have said these cakes are amazing. They have a great texture, though they are very sweet so a little goes a long way. I like that because it’s caters to my sweet tooth without me having to eat half of it in the process.

Preparation:

So easy, just put it on a pan. Bake it for about 15 minutes and flip onto a serving plate. It’s that easy and has almost no mess. (You can make it no mess by using a disposable pie plate to flip it onto!)
