By keeping an eye on what you eat, you can prevent your condition from getting worse, and avoid food that causes you pain and digestive issues.
Eye Strains
We are all guilty of spending far too much time in front of the computer, so having eye strains every now and then might seem normal. However, there might be an underlying problem, or damage to the nerve of the eye that is causing your problem that can easily be treated by an optician. If you experience regular eye strains, try to reduce your screen time and adjust your workstation when in the office.
Sinus Infections

You will need to get into the habit of wearing hearing protection ear plugs, reducing the volume on your headphones, and getting regular checkups.
