I am a single shopper and I have always wanted to use reusable bags when shopping. I have found though that when buying them that they were always big and were too big for just myself. A few weeks ago I was asked to review a set of mesh bags and was really excited to see they came in different sizes. SGM Reusable Mesh Produce Bags

When I first opened these bags up I was surprised at how many there were. I apparently did not pay any attention to the count of the bags I was getting, but I really was happy to see how many there were. I was also happy to see that there were not just large bags, but bags of many sizes.

After opening my package I went right out to the store and started buying my produce. I bought bell peppers and cucumbers, along with onions and green onion. All went into the mesh bags. What was really nice was that I didn’t have to search around for the plastic bags they have available, so I shaved a few moments off of my shopping time. If your a busy person, mom or dad, you know a few moments add up.

What I really loved was when I got home and all I had to do was put the bags in the fridge or pantry. If you use small bins to keep your pantry organized you are able to just put the bags right in the bins.  I didn’t have extra plastic bags to deal with and it made unpacking easy. When I was done using the bags I was able to just throw them in the wash and use them again.

Other Uses for Reusable Mesh Produce Bags

What I really love about these reusable produce bags is that they can be used for other things, not just produce. I have used these bags to wash my bras in and I really loved that I avoided all of the issues when washing a bra. If your a women you know what I mean. The hooks on the back getting stuck to other things are probably the worst thing to happen to a bra. Like me, I’m sure you have had to replace so many  bras due to this issue. The good news is since I started putting them into the mesh bags I have not had any issue. The SGM mesh bags are a nice tight weave so there is a very small chance that the hooks would catch on the bag.

You can also use the bags for toy storage. I do not have kids and therefore do not have toys, but I am one of five and can see where this could come in handy. The bags have a great locking system that will allow the bags to hold many types of items without you worrying that they will fall out of the bag. They also make it easier for your kids to clean up after themselves. All they have to do is grab a bag and go.
