Top 5 mediation videos to help with stress

A few years ago I started looking into mediation to help with stress. I am diabetic and high stress really effects my blood sugar. I had no idea where to start with mediation. A friend of mine told me to check out videos on YouTube and that is what I ended up doing.

Ever since I have been using mediation to help me relax during stressful times in my life, like when I lost my job last year, to dealing with a crazy boss that harassed me all of the time. Coming home and having a place and time to reflect and relax.

1. A 10 Minute Mediation for positivity

I love this video because it’s short so it’s a great way to get started in mediation. I started using this after I lost my job last year as I needed to be more positive with my life.

2. A guided mediation for Anxiety and Fear

Not only am I diabetic, but I have anxiety as well. I found this mediation when I was ready to spend a bit more time meditating. I prefer the guided meditations because it helps to keep me grounded in what I am suppose to be doing. For the beginner this is important and will help you learn how to meditate correctly.

3. Meditation to Help you sleep

Because of my anxiety and my boss I had a lot of trouble sleeping just over a year ago. I found this guided meditation to help me relax and get rid of those thoughts before I tried to go to bed. It really helped a lot. I will say though the narrator is not your typical mediation narrator, but it still worked well for me. Hopefully this will help you if you need help sleeping as well.

4. The Adult Mediation

This meditation is for the adults for sure. It’s called F*ck That and it always puts a smile on my face. It relaxes me and puts me in a better mood. If your not okay with swearing this is not the video for you.

5. A Morning Meditation for Abundance

This last one I started using recently, but I love it. I have found that with my anxiety and depression I seem to believe that I don’t deserve things. This mediation has already had a great impact on me and I have only been using it for about a week. My hope is that you will also love this mediation and that it will help you see that you deserve more in life then what you have now.

Most of these meditations are short and will take you less then a half hour to do. I’m a busy person as I’m sure you are, but being able to take time out to meditate is important and you deserve to be the best most relaxed person you can be.
