Cable wrapping is also important, as it is a great way for you to stop things from getting broken.
Audio cables are quite delicate, so find a wall space where you can hang them when not in use to ensure that you don’t end up standing on them when you are rehearsing. If you are working with a band then this is even more important, as you will have multiple instruments and cables to keep track of, which can make things very messy.
Get some Friends Involved
If you want to make the most out of your musical journey, then it is very helpful for you to get some friends involved. Ask people you know to see if they are interested in starting a band together and find out if they would be willing to meet up from time to time. If you can learn an instrument alongside someone else, then this will help you to stay motivated and it also means that you have someone who can hold you accountable.
This is a fantastic strategy as it means that you will have someone who you can be creative with and play along with too. If you don’t know anyone who wants to play an instrument, or who is interested then you can look online and find like-minded people.
