Avocado Tomato Salsa Recipe


Avacodo and Tomato Salsa

This is a very simple Avocado Tomato salsa recipe that is great as a topping for fish and chicken. I also enjoy it with some chips or vegetables, really it’s very versatile and one of my favorite go-to healthy recipes.

Here are a couple of other uses for this amazing salsa

Top a baked potato

Use it on scrambled eggs

Great on toast

Avocado and Tomato Salsa Recipe

Produce
  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cilantro, Fresh
Oils
  • 1 tsp Blood orange olive oil (buy it on Amazon Here)
     

Directions:

Cut into the avocado and scoop out the inside. chop the Avocado and cherry tomatoes into bite-size pieces then mix together. Add the blood orange olive oil to the bowl and stir in the cilantro.

Us the salsa to top anything you like from salmon to chicken or even serve with chips. It’s so simple to make yet can be used on so many things.
